/
Content updates

Given the recent decision in the federal court of Australia which found the environment minister, Sussan Ley has a duty of care to protect young people from the climate crisis the latest issue of the Environmental and Planning Law Journal (EPLJ Vol 38 Part 2) is timely. In the lead up and aftermath of the climate school strikes, the number of child litigants utilising human rights-based arguments in climate change litigation exploded globally.
