Special ALJ interview
As part of the AAL/ALJ conference, two members of the The Australian Law Journal’s Editorial Board – General Editor, the Hon Justice François Kunc, and Assistant General Editor, Dr Ruth Higgins SC – conducted a special on-camera interview with Professor Martha Nussbaum.
Thomson Reuters has now released special excerpts of the interview on its YouTube channel, plus the extended interview in 4 parts.
Their engaging and wide-ranging conversation includes topics such as:
- Does teaching about emotion make for better lawyers?
- Why lawyers need a broad social education
- Technology and the law: a threat, an opportunity, or both?
- What’s a literary imagination and should lawyers have one?
