New Derivatives topic launched by Practical Law Banking and Finance

Practical Law Banking and Finance is pleased to announce the launch of a new Derivatives topic which focuses on over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives and swaps. This topic contains a number of very useful resources that cover both the regulation of OTC derivatives in Australia and how they are documented under the standardised ISDA® documents.

 

The new Derivatives topic provides a suite of practical resources that will be invaluable to finance lawyers involved in drafting and negotiating OTC derivatives documented under standardised ISDA® documentation, as well as navigating the rules relevant to the regulation of OTC derivatives in Australia.
