Introducing our new Training Specialist for QLD & NSW – Jessica Fitzgerald
Meet Thomson Reuters' Digital Training Specialist.
We are pleased to introduce the newest member of our team of Training Specialists, Jessica Fitzgerald.
Jessica has ten years’ experience as a librarian in various educational institutions across Australia where she has provided in-depth answers to customer queries, as well as training and research sessions for both individuals and groups.
Jessica has a passion for helping people and solving problems, and is constantly learning in both her personal and professional lives. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in Programming and Mobile and Apps Development, and has a lifelong passion for computers and technology.
Jessica will shortly be available to train on the following products and platforms:
