• Updated annotations to ss 120, 120(1), 121, 121(5), 153B and 188(2) of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth), including new commentary on “sham” transactions.
• Registered Trustees and Recommended Reading updated.

Company Receivers and Administrators – Updates 135

• Commentary has been revised in 17 chapters (3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 19, 21, 22, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 52, 55 and 60), including new paragraphs being added at [10.1160] Use of the documents and transcripts obtained under a public examination; and [19.2180] Section 283HB of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
• Extracts of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth) have been updated.
