The Law of Trusts: New Chapter - Trusts and Conflicts of Laws
In April we will be introducing a new chapter into this respected work on Trusts. The author, Professor Michael Bryan, addresses the private international issues on trusts, entitled Trusts and Conflicts of Laws.
The considerable legislative coverage in the service will now included Trusts ( Hague Convention) Act 1991 (Cth) which is being included because of its relevance to conflict of laws and private international laws with respect to trusts.
