Introducing the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law
In response to the change in title of the Trade Practices Act to the Competition and Consumer Act, we have decided to also change the name of the Trade Practices Law Journal.
From Volume 19 Part 1, it will be known as the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law (AJCCL).
Online subscribers will continue to have access to the previously named Trade Practices Law Journal together with the new issues published under the name of the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law. Please note however that due to the change of name, there will be a delay in the publication of the latest Part online (Vol 19 Pt 1). Subscribers can contact me for a pdf of the Part if they would like to read it prior to it being made available online (email tara.crisp@thomsonreuters.com).
The Journal is an exceptional arena for the exchange of ideas and information on topical issues of trade practices law and practice. It includes insightful articles, editorials and case notes, succinct reports discussing and analysing legislative and judicial developments, as well as commentary pertaining to the national regulatory bodies. While concentrating on Australian law, the Journal also contains an international perspective through the inclusion of overseas reports.
