Boilerplate clauses are often standard, and most are not typically heavily negotiated. But they are important. Many contract disputes depend on the drafting of boilerplate clauses such as governing law and entire agreement clauses.
Practical Law has published the following new resources to assist users draft and review boilerplate clauses:
