Commonwealth Statutes Annotations: March 2023 update

Content updates

New legislation information, case annotations and article references have been added to Commonwealth Statutes Annotations, including a note on SDCV v Director-General of Security (2022) 96 ALJR 1002; [2022] HCA 32 under Chapter III of the Constitution.

The latest update has added over 122 new case annotations, numerous article references and details of proclamations of commencement registered on the Federal Register of Legislation up to 23 January 2023.
